By accessing or using Puzzle Magic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Puzzle Magic provides a platform for creating custom jigsaw puzzles using AI-generated or user-uploaded images. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant Puzzle Magic a limited license to use that image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. AI-generated designs are created for your personal use. You may not reproduce or resell designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
You may not upload or generate images that contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content. Puzzle Magic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once an order is submitted and payment is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible as production begins promptly.
Estimated shipping times are 5–7 business days after production. Puzzle Magic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Because each puzzle is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzle Magic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
